Accounts Receivable Cash Manager

Responsible for and management of teams and workflows to monitor incoming cash, invoicing, accounts receivable and ensuring payments are posted to appropriate accounts or line items and overseeing a business's liquidity.

Duties Include -

  • Gathering and reviewing data regarding all facets of the cash flow
  • Managing relationships with banks and other cash-related vendors
  • Assigning tasks to the accounts receivable team in agreement with the accounting department's goals
  • Overseeing timely collection of payments and discrepancies
  • Monitoring invoicing procedures
  • Performing credit check, Cash allocation, Commission payouts
  • Reporting cash position regularly to executive leadership or other financial decision-makers
  • Conducting or providing support for financial audits
  • Ensuring that all accounts receivable procedures are in compliance with legal regulations
  • Overseeing that accounts receivable team performs in agreement with accounting principles
  • Providing support to Accounts Receivable Clerks on their daily tasks
  • Training new team members
  • Follow changes and trends in industry niche and related legal regulations

Requirements -

  • 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor role
  • ERP, SAP, Quickbooks, experience with accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel - Advanced
  • Experience working with large data - Spreadsheets
  • Strong analytical and presentational skills
  • Strong team management? negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Confidentiality and responsibility
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance a plus
